Adorn India – 3-Year Warranty Disclaimer

3-Year Limited Warranty

Adorn India provides a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in the internal wooden frame and workmanship, under normal residential use.

This warranty does not cover:

Fabric wear and tear, fading, pilling, or discoloration.

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, accidents, or abuse.

Cuts, burns, stains, pet damage, water/moisture damage, or chemical exposure.

Damage caused during shifting, relocation, or improper installation.

Normal softening or compression of foam and cushions due to regular use.

Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, or dimensions that occur during manufacturing.

Accessories, legs, zippers, or decorative items unless found defective at the time of delivery.

Warranty Terms:

Proof of purchase is mandatory to claim warranty.

The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part, at Adorn India's sole discretion.

The warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser.

Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.
